What You Need to Know – Booking Information for the Hotel Tauernhof
Here you can get all the necessary booking information for the Hotel Tauernhof and the apartment complex Alpenpark. In this way, any misunderstandings can be cleared up in advance and your holiday in Austria guaranteed to remain just as you’d dreamed it to be.
Prices
The prices shown are per person per day or as with the package deals per person and stay including all taxes and other listed package extras. We have the right to make mistakes and changes. Included for each person for the duration of the booking are the inclusive services and the luxury board. Also a major part of our services are available to you free of charge. This means for example that the swimming pools, saunas, steam room and such facilities, the children’s play room or the gourmet evening menu are also available to you free of charge. Should you require a booking with only breakfast, the Hotel Tauernhof will subtract per day and per adult € 10.00 from the bill (per day and per child up to 5 years of age, € 5.00 per day and per child from six to 14 years of age, € 7.00).
Arrival and Departure
You can go into your room or apartment from 3.00 pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Please inform us by telephone at the reception if you are intending to arrive late (after 6.00 pm). The number to call for this is +43 (0) 6414 264 0. Otherwise the room may be possibly given to another guest. We request you vacate your rooms by 11.00 am on the day of departure so that the rooms can be cleaned.
Parking
For the rooms in the categories “Classic” and “Standard” a parking space is provided for you. For guests in all the other room categories there is per room one space for you in our underground parking garage.
Small Children
For small children sleeping in the room with their parents, there is a charge of € 8.00 per day per child aged up to two years in winter and per child aged up to four years in summer. Baby bed, high chair and baby phone are all available to the guests on request free of charge.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at the Hotel Tauernhof. Dog owners are requested to please take the other guests into consideration, especially when in the dining room. The Hotel Tauernhof will charge dog owners € 9.00 per animal per day, dog food not included.
Forms of Payment
We accept EC cards as well as the following credit card companies: Master Card, Visa, Diners Club and American Express. You can, of course, also settle your bill in cash.
Cancellations
For cancellations made up to four weeks before the beginning of your holiday with us, you will be charged with 70% of the entire holiday costs. Cancellations made earlier than four weeks before the beginning of your holiday will be charged with three days’ worth of hotel costs. In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend you take out insurance. Cancellation insurance is also offered by us in cooperation with the European Travel Insurance Company. If the room booked by you is re-let to a new guest, then you do not need to pay any cancellation costs at all.
