In the Finnish sauna you can sweat it out at 90 °C and toughen up your body. Your blood pressure sinks and your circulation is naturally stimulated, also your immune system, breathing and general metabolism will benefit from a session in the sauna. The steam with its natural scented oils of spruce and alpine woods adds greatly to your feeling of well-being.
The bio-herbal sauna is at 55 °C somewhat cooler. The steam room-inhalation grotto will pamper you and your respiratory tracts and lungs with its sea salt spray and extracts of essential oils of eucalyptus and mint. You can relax in total peace and quiet in the tropical relaxation grotto. Take a book with you or completely switch off, is entirely up to you.
In the solarium, you can refresh your complexion and stock up on some energy for a few minutes. The solarium is open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, the price for 15 minutes tanning is € 6.00. We also highly recommend the relaxing heated loungers, radiating heat at 35 °C.
