Hotel in Grossarl

There are no downsides to this hotel. Everything was perfect. The reception, the service, the sports facilities – the entire hotel is highly recommended. Our favorite part was the infinity pool. Starting at 7 a.m., you could swim your laps while enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Our first impression was very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne and then escorted to our room. We appreciated the small but thoughtful extras, like a beach bag with a bathrobe, slippers, and towel for each guest, the lovely activity wall with suggestions for the surrounding area, free postcards, and the complimentary 2-hour electric scooter rental.
The breakfast is plentiful, offering something for every taste, and the dinner, with up to 5 courses, is a true delight.
Our room, an apartment-style suite, was well-equipped and lovingly attended to by the housekeeping staff. Fresh bath towels were provided without any prior request.
The spa and wellness area, with several pools and saunas, is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Conclusion: A wonderful family-run hotel, lovingly managed for several generations.
We definitely won’t be visiting for the last time!

...What particularly stood out to us: a) You immediately feel comfortable and personally welcomed. This is not something to be taken for granted, especially in hotels of this size. And b) sustainability is genuinely practiced here and not just something mentioned in the hotel brochure. Even small details, like the cheese selection at the buffet, deserve the highest praise, as they don’t simply buy expensive premium products but instead offer local specialties of top quality that you won’t find in chain hotels. Also worth mentioning is the wide range of offerings for all ages: For younger children, there is a petting zoo and a special menu. Our own daughters, who are in their teenage years, also loved it, and there’s plenty on offer for adults too...
