Your room is available for you from 15:00 on the day you are due to arrive. Please let hotel Reception know if you will be arriving later (after 18:00) by telephoning +43 6414 264. Otherwise your room may be let to another guest.

When it comes to departure, we would ask you to vacate your room by 10:30, in order for cleaning to be carried out.

A cot, high chair and baby monitor are available to use free of charge.

Are you travelling by electric car? No problem!

In our underground garage we have two, type 2 wall-mounted charging units with a charging speed of up to 22 KW. As standard, these are set at 7 KW. Enough then to fully charge your electric car overnight. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

Dogs are welcome in the Tauernhof.

However, as a dog owner would ask that you respect the wishes of other guests in the hotel, particularly in the dining area.

The Hotel Tauernhof charges € 28,00 per dog, per night. Feed is not included.

One parking space is available for each room, either around the hotel or in our underground garage.

Guests who pay attention to nature receive a special treat from us. We reward every adult who arrives in an environmentally friendly way by bus or train with a €50 beauty voucher for our Tauernschick Spa!

Prices listed are per person and night, and for packages, per person and stay; inclusive of all taxes and duties. Local taxes are not included in the price and charged separately: € 2.30 per person, per night. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from paying local taxes.

The Tauernhof inclusive services are also included for the duration of your booked stay.

Should you only require an overnight stay with breakfast, the Hotel Tauernhof will deduct € 15.00 from your bill for each night and each adult. Per night and child between 3 and 14,9: € 7.50.

Children's rates in all room categories per child, per night.

Discounts for children only apply for a parents’ room, where there are two adults paying full price.

General terms and conditions for cancellation

The following cancellation costs of the full price of your stay will be charged:

• Cancellation is free up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• 28 to 7 days before arrival: 50%
• From 7 days to 2 days before arrival: 90%
• From 2 days before arrival, or in the event of no-show or early departure: 100%

To avoid incurring cancellation costs we recommend our "Tauernhof Carefree Package".

To avoid cancellation costs in the event of no-show, we recommend our "Tauernhof Carefree Package". The best thing to do is to book this when you are making your reservation!

For the package, we charge 4% of the full amount of your overnight stay rate.

This covers cancellation costs that arise through accident or illness, which mean you are no longer able to travel, and costs that arise should you have to break off your holiday early.
